Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles and liquids are properly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or apply Grove credit within 7-10 business days.
